The nose is expressive with notes of blackcurrant, cherry and toast, finishing with aromas of vanilla and spices.The palate is structured and well balanced, and the notes of cherries and spices remain persistent on the finish. Serve as a starter with hot tarts, but also during the meal with lamb or duck. With rabbit sauteed with olives and small onions, it is a real delight. Serve at 15°C.
